This is an advanced training program designed for those who must be able to act in complex, non‑standard, and potentially dangerous situations. It is a level above basic first aid: participants learn to operate as first responders before professional medical personnel arrive
🎯 Course Objective
To prepare individuals to provide advanced first aid in situations where professional help may be delayed and the victim’s condition requires more complex interventions. Participants learn to assess the situation, stabilize the victim, apply advanced techniques, and work effectively as a team.

1. Advanced Patient Assessment

• Primary and Secondary Assessment
• Full Head‑to‑Toe examination
• Information gathering using SAMPLE / OPQRST

❤️ 2. Advanced Life Support Skills

• Maintaining airway patency
• Use of airway adjuncts (OPA/NPA — demonstration)
• Monitoring breathing and circulation
• Using an AED in challenging environments

🩸 3. Trauma and Critical Conditions

• Severe bleeding, hemorrhagic shock
• Use of tourniquets, hemostatic agents, pressure dressings
• Head, spine, and pelvic injuries
• Limb immobilization (splints, improvised methods)
• Chest injuries (including open pneumothorax — occlusive dressing)

🔥 4. Extreme Conditions

• Burns (1st–3rd degree)
• Poisoning and chemical exposure
• Hypothermia and heat stroke
• Drowning and electrical injuries

• Heart attack, stroke
• Anaphylaxis (auto‑injector use)
• Seizures
• Diabetic emergencies
• Asthma attacks

• Working under stress
• Prioritizing care in multi‑casualty incidents (Triage)
• Coordination with emergency services
• Teamwork among First Responders

The course includes extensive hands‑on practice:

• Scenario‑based training (realistic incident simulations)
• Work with manikins and equipment
• Immobilization, lifting, and evacuation techniques
• Algorithm drills under time pressure
• Team exercises and stress tests

Typically 8–12 hours, depending on the format. Corporate and professional versions may extend to 16 hours.

Upon successful completion, participants receive an Advanced First Aid / First Responder Certificate, confirming their advanced pre‑medical care skills.
